1. Returns & Exchanges

At Xenergy UAE, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns and exchanges apply only to defective or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on stock availability.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • If an item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
  • If you received a damaged or defective product and prefer a refund instead of an exchange.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and refunds are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
